Registration FAQ’s for Philippine delegates

This FAQ is for Victory Philippines members who will register on March 1. We hope this will be able to address any concerns you may have. If you have any questions not included in this list, please contact us at info@en2010.com.
Q: When can I register for EN2010?
A: EN2010 registration officially starts on March 1 at 12 NN.
Q: How can I register?
A: You have three ways to register:
- Phone reservation
- Online;
- Through TicketWorld outlets.
Q: How much is the registration fee for EN2010?
A: Registration is at PHP800 for the main conference, and PHP600 for Kids Church (children aged 0-12). Parents who want their children aged 0-12 to attend the main conference can do so by registering their children to the main conference at PHP800 per child.
Q: Can I register before March 1?
A: No. In fact, registration will open on March 1 at 12 NN.
Q: Is there a discount for senior citizens?
A: Yes, senior citizens can avail of their discount privileges, by presenting their senior citizen IDs. Discounts are applicable on one ticket per ID presented.
Q: What modes of payment does TicketWorld accept?
A: TicketWorld honors cash and credit card payments. However, not all TicketWorld outlets accept credit cards. Please check our list of outlets for more details.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of seats I can register?
A: You can register up to a maximum of ten (10) seats per transaction.
Q: How will we be assigned where to sit?
A: Our registration will follow a “Best Seats Available” process. This means our system will automatically choose the best section available for you.
Q: Can we choose where to sit?
A: Yes, but only within the section you’re assigned to on the conference itself.
Q: Is my ID pass non-refundable?
A: Yes. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Q: Is it possible for me to reserve seats?
A: Yes. Beginning March 1, 12 NN, you can call the TicketWorld hotline at (02) 891-9999.
Q: Will I be charged in reserving seats?
A: Reserving seats is free.
Q: How long can TicketWorld hold my reservation?
A: TicketWorld can hold all reservations up to two (2) days only. Otherwise, your reservations will be cancelled.
Q: How can I pay for the seats I reserved?
A: You can pay in two ways:
- In a TicketWorld outlet nearest you
- By depositing your payment through TicketWorld’s designated banks
Q: Where can I deposit my payment?
A: You can deposit your payment at any Banco de Oro, BPI, or Unionbank branch. Please take note of the following information:

Q: How can I confirm my payment with TicketWorld?
A: You need to fax a clear copy of your deposit slip to Rosalyn Fulgar of TicketWorld at (02) 891-5634. Be sure to include the following information:
- Full name
- Complete mailing address with zip code
- Mobile number
- Email address
Q: Will I be receiving a confirmation receipt?
A: Yes. After your payment, TicketWorld will send you an email with further steps to take regarding your registration.
Q: What is the link I need to visit to register for EN2010?
A: Log on to www.en2010.com and click on the “Register” button, or simply type in www.tinyurl.com/en2010.
Q: Can I go online just to reserve seats?
A: No. The TicketWorld online option requires you to pay upon reservation.
Q: Why do I need to create a TicketWorld account now?
A: Having a TicketWorld account as early as now gives you a head start in registering. It also makes the transaction process easier and smoother for you.
Q: Is there anything I need to remember while registering online?
A: Make sure to remember these guidelines:
- Have the list of ten (10) people you will register ready.
- Prepare a valid Visa or MasterCard credit card.
- You are only given ten (10) minutes to complete your online registration.
- Before checking out from your payment transaction, make sure that your mailing address is complete and correct.
Q: Where are the TicketWorld outlets located?
A: Simply click on this link to view the complete list.
Q: There aren’t TicketWorld outlets in my area. How else can I register?
A: You still have two options: by calling the TicketWorld hotline, or by registering online.
Q: Is there a downloadable registration form that I can fill out and bring with me?
A: No. Registration forms will be available at the TicketWorld outlets.
Q: What do I need to write on the registration form?
A:
- Your full name
- Your complete mailing address with zip code
- Your landline and mobile number
- The Victory church you attend
Q: Can I allow my child to join me at the main conference?
A: Parents who want their children aged 0-12 to attend the main conference can do so by registering their children to the main conference at PHP800 per child. However, parents also have the option to register their children both at the main conference and Kids Church. Given that, you will have to pay a total of PHP1400 per child.
Q: When will I receive my conference IDs?
A: We will give you further announcements on when your IDs will be shipped to you.

Q: What time should I be in SMX on July 22-24?
A:
- On July 22, gates open at 5:00 PM.
- On July 23, gates open at 12:00 NN.
- On July 24, gates open at 8:00 AM.
