Someone said, “We must view young people not as empty bottles to be filled but as candles to be lit.” This is true but the more pressing question is how will this candle be lit? Information and education, false or otherwise, can easily be accessed via the Internet. The youth’s fire is ignited by false teachings and man’s philosophies. How then can the TRUTH finds its way to light the candle of this generation? How can our light stand out among the multitude false lights that seek to mislead and confuse?

This series is all about looking at the different stories of young men and women who were mentored on the TRUTH. Each one was an apprentice to a great man of God. Each one’s candle lit up the world – leaving an everlasting mark. Before we can leave a mark on this earth, we need someone who will put their mark on us.

To succeed in this life and grab the calling that God has for us, we need to have mentors and the biblical attitudes of an apprentice. Join us in our youth gatherings every Friday 7pm and Saturday 3pm as we uncover this truth of helping you become the person that God wants you to be.
