The world is moving fast. Change is inevitable. From culture to technology, we are obviously in a fast-paced environment where we need to continuously adjust and adapt. The way we did things before might not necessarily be the same way we do things now. Some things need phasing-out, some things need upgrading or some things need to be made new.

As a youth ministry, we need to continue to change and improve as well so we can constantly be relevant to the next generation. Youth leaders ought to be synchronized with the times and trends of this world. This why we have Wired, a three-day equipping and team-building camp for youth leaders so we can have a greater impact in this generation.
